Do I need an appointment, or do you accept walk-ins?

We strongly recommend booking in advance to guarantee your preferred time slot. We do accept limited same-day walk-ins based on availability, but wait times can vary. For the fastest service, please call us at (602) 487-6893 to check availability.

What should I bring to my pet's first appointment?

Please bring any previous vaccination records, a list of current medications or supplements, and if your pet is on a special diet, the name of the food. Dogs must be on a leash and cats in a secure carrier. If you have prior vet records, those are very helpful too.

Do you see exotic pets like reptiles and birds?

Yes! We have a dedicated exotic animal program and see birds, reptiles, rabbits, guinea pigs, ferrets, and other small mammals. Dr.Jodeci Farr Harris has a special interest in exotic species. Please mention your pet type when booking so we can prepare accordingly.

What payment methods do you accept?

How do I request a prescription refill?

Email us at odeci@chamberspetcare.com or call during clinic hours with your pet's name and the medication required. Please allow 24–48 hours for processing. Refills require a current patient relationship — if your pet hasn't been seen in over 12 months, a wellness exam may be needed first.

What happens if my pet needs emergency care after hours?

For after-hours emergencies, please contact the Valley Animal Emergency Center at (602) 559-1800 — they are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If your pet is seen there, request that records be sent to us so we can continue their care seamlessly.
